Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using CueApp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NextPath Labs SRL ("we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in Romania.

CueApp is a desktop application that provides real-time AI-assisted guidance during job interviews. It transcribes audio, analyzes screen content, and generates suggested responses based on the user's profile and context. The Service is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.

You are solely responsible for how you use CueApp. We expressly disclaim any liability for consequences arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: • Use during employment interviews, assessments, or evaluations • Use in ways that may conflict with the rules of a hiring process or assessment platform • Any decisions made by a third party (employer, recruiter, platform) based on your performance in an interview where CueApp was used By using the Service, you acknowledge that you are making an independent decision about how to prepare for and conduct yourself in interviews, and that we bear no responsibility for the outcomes of those interviews. It is your responsibility to ensure your use complies with any applicable rules, policies, or laws.

Access to full features requires an account and credits purchased through our platform. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Each credit entitles you to approximately one hour of active session time. A free daily trial of 10 minutes is provided to all registered users at no charge.

All content, code, branding, and materials associated with CueApp are the exclusive property of NextPath Labs SRL. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEXTPATH LABS SRL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT, INCOME, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice in the application. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
